Insomnia… Hypnotherapy

When the subconscious perceives that there is unfinished business that requires sorting, sleep will be disrupted.

Reason – while a person prepares to relax, the subconscious takes over so the conscious mind can switch off. The subconscious controls all the bodily functions, so while it is predominant any unfinished issues or problems will also be the centre of focus disturbing normal sleep patterns.

In some instances, insomnia can last for years so health and quality of life deteriorates, however, no matter how long the issue has lasted, a good hypnotherapist is able to clear the negative thoughts.

Hypnosis allows the person to discover the source of the problem or allows for a better understanding of the worry or concern and gain a more positive perspective.

After the problem is cleared the person discovers that normal sleep returns.

I offer a form of self-hypnosis and techniques to allow clients to enter a deep state of relaxation that precedes sleep. *
