How many years have you been a hypnotherapist?
This is my eleventh year and I am also a qualified, registered supervisor.
Where did you gain your qualifications?
Initially, at the Central England College of Clinical Hypnosis and I attend various courses to keep me up to date with new techniques?
Will you be able to hypnotise me?
If you believe it can happen and you want to be hypnotised, yes, I will be able to hypnotise you.
What does hypnosis feel like?
We enter a state of trance at least twice a day – just before we go to sleep at night and first thing in the morning, before we open our eyes. Hypnosis feels as if we are dreaming yet we are aware of what is happening. It feels very pleasant and it is also beneficial for the body.
How will you know I am hypnotised?
There are various physical indications that signify a person is in trance, a few examples are:
Flushed cheeks, relaxed facial muscles, breathing slows down, the head sometimes drops and the body relaxes.

How many sessions do you think I will need?
Difficult to say until I meet you but my aim is to clear the issue in the shortest time possible; I don’t believe in multi-sessions. My average is three – four sessions.
Will I be asked to do things, as on the stage?
No, you will be seated in a comfortable arm chair. It is a very pleasant experience.
Will you tell me what to do during hypnosis?
No, while in a person is in a relaxed state the subconscious knows almost instinctively how to deal with a problem; as a therapist I offer the client the opportunity to heal his or herself in their own way.
